Armchair tourism

 It may be easier to ask this here.Armchair tourism   have a 1.8 test world running with mods, but unlike previous releases, you can’t load 1.8.9 mods into the world because of the version check.  You also don’t seem to be able to  create 1 .8.9 world and use 1.8 mods.  If that is true, I’m looking for information that Bibliocraft will have a release for 1.8.1.  Sorry for the long post, and thanks for the updates on  tourism
